Sabyasachi Roy, B.Tech (Ceramics), M.Tech. (Material Science), IIT Kharagpur. Popularly known as "Roy",Roy is primarily responsible for Marketing and Business Development.

Vaibhav Nasery, B.Tech., M.Tech. (Metallurgical Engineering and Materials Science), IIT Bombay. He has joined Ashwini and Roy to take the company at the forefront of ceramics process technology. Vaibhav is currently responsible for Research and Development.
